Seems to have a flip-front fitted - usually necessary when you need to get creative to put inside something different from an A-series engine.
Quite likely to have some Honda engine or another. I imagine with a turbocharger? (what else could that thing poking out of the front be?)

I appreciate the joke.
I wonder if what on the other posting you called an “air filter” could indeed be some sort of round metallic mesh filter housing, bolted straight onto the intake side of a blow-through turbo setup?
